Institute Membership Categories
The Institute of Church Office Management (ICOM) membership is of four (4) categories, each designed to recognize different levels of professional achievement and contribution to the field of church office management.
Four Categories of Membership
Choose the membership category that best fits your professional qualifications and experience.
Chartered Member (CCOM)
Must be a candidate who successfully completed the professional examinations of the institute and undergo compulsory internship programme stated in the manual's of the institute or meets the direct memberships threshold stipulated by the institute.
Designatory: CCOM (Chartered Church Office Manager)
Chartered Fellow (FCCOM)
A fellow applicant must have stayed for 5 years in chartered membership status of the institute. Such applicant has right/privilege to inscribe the mandatory acronym "FCCOM" (Fellow, Chartered Church Office Managers), after his/her name.
Designatory: FCCOM (Fellow Chartered Church Office Manager)
Doctoral Fellow (DFCCOM)
The applicant must be a Doctorate degree holder with 12 years experience. The applicant has right/privilege to inscribe the mandatory acronym of "DFCCOM" (Doctoral Fellow, Chartered Church Office Manager), after his/her name.
Designatory: DFCCOM (Doctoral Fellow Chartered Church Office Manager)
Honorary Fellow
Conferred on promoters of Church administration, church management, church Consultant and church worker with a lot of experience on the job. The institute is aware that there are people who are doing remarkable work in Church Office Management activities in the global space. Based on this, the institute will offer it honorary fellow award to any desirous candidate with great exceptional contribution to the field of Church Management.

Official Membership Certificate
IICOM Official membership certificate given under the approval of the institute, post nominal letters after name use designatory (CCOM, FCCOM) in all correspondence to demonstrated membership to others.

Meeting the professionals toward efficient and effective exchange of ideas and technical supports.
Voting Rights
Right/Privilege to vote and be voted for into the Board of membership of the Governing council of the Institute.
Institute Publications
Right/Privilege to receive the Bimonthly Journal and News Letters of the Institute.
Teaching Opportunities
Right/Privilege to conduct lectures at all levels for candidates of the Institute.
International Conference
Right/Privilege to attend the International Conference of the Institute.
